throbber
Ended up leaving mine and walking for 5 minutes then realised I had forgot my wallet and had to go back. The day will only get worse.
WeAreElgin
I have to drive to the office on Monday to have my work laptop rebuilt. I'm going to have to speak to people I hoped to only see at the Christmas party. The injustice.
The Minertaur
Spent 2 hours last night replacing my fiance's cracked iphone screen with one that she ordered online. Firstly she ordered the wrong colour so it looks stupid and secondly I have never seen screws so small as the ones in an iphone. Took 2 hours but got it working - stress levels through the roof.
Fae_the_'briggs
Problems wi my mobile trying to write texts, etc as the end letter next to the o, the p one, won't work and always shows as o. Thought it was my stubby fingers to blame but it's not. Predictive text being used to correct things but I'm getting some strange choices. Also got to print longer words so I can delete letters to get the letter p. Slow work as my keyboard skills are not quick anyway. Is my mobile knackered?

Sounds pretty knackered - could just be the screen needing replaced? What sort of phone is it?
Fae_the_'briggs
Sony Xperia about 18 months old. Had similar problem last week trying to delete texts but the delete function key at top right kept going to phone mode but it rectified itself. Hope this does the same. On a contract anyway so maybe get a replacement.

I've got one too, about the same age, and never had a problem.

Granny Danger
Finally got the swimming pool up and running but it's taking ages to reach the required temperature; might not even be able to use it by the weekend! I appreciate folk in North Korea may be having to put up with an unstable despot but I'm sure their stress levels are not as high as mine.

DI Bruce Robertson
The butter I was served with my caviar at Doha airport was slightly chilled, causing a small tear in my blini, the dill served with it was ever so slightly withered, quite frankly, I'd rather be in Darfur.
