Shandon Par
Tried that life hack before & the cheese just ends up melting onto the element. One of life's great thrills is howking stuff out of the bottom of the toaster when it's still on. The shock/bang of mullering a toaster with a knife more than makes up for the frustration of stuff getting stuck in there.
Sweet Pete
Tried that life hack before & the cheese just ends up melting onto the element. For your use of the gratingly irritating phrase "life hack" I hope that you stand on an upturned plug.

Andershen
When making roast potatoes, mash up some garlic, rosemary and thyme in your pestle and mortar, then add olive oil and coat your par-boiled potatoes with this before roasting them. Seriously, do this. They taste amazing.I don't have thyme for that.

weirdcal
Those wee Schwarz flavour pots things, spread a peppercorn one on your steak pre frying magic. Oh and do your steak and onions in the pan first (if not using a griddle) so the flavour soaks through.. Oh and seal it and eat it none of this over cooking it crap.
