P45
The only defence against someone shooting disabled people is armed disabled people. That's deeply insensitive. Those disabled people had arms. It was legs they were missing.
Scary Bear
I think automatic weapons are illegal in California. Good. My wee brother and his family live there.
Hillonearth
The only defence against someone shooting disabled people is armed disabled people. Only in America would you require a shortbus with a rear gunner.
ICTChris
They've found explosives, pipe bombs etc at the house of the suspects. That'd suggest that it wasn't a work-related argument.

Could be some work-related resentment that's been building up for a while. Have you always been happy at your work?

oddly optomistic
Why on earth are reporters allowed into the offenders house to snoop about and pick up their possessions, especially this soon after. Bit weird

welshbairn
Why on earth are reporters allowed into the offenders house to snoop about and pick up their possessions, especially this soon after. Bit weird FBI got all poncy with the local cops and the locals thought fk them and let the hacks in. Happens all the time on the telly.
eindhovendee
Why on earth are reporters allowed into the offenders house to snoop about and pick up their possessions, especially this soon after. Bit weird Looks like America wants to show that this massacre was by Muslimy terrorists rather than your average patriotic gun toting 2nd amendment believer. No need to get into arguments about gun law when the terrorists have them. Also a big difference in justifying a step up in security and more money spent on the already huge defence budget.

Dee Man
I liked the bit where the Beeb reporter picked up a tin of powdered baby milk and claimed it was "absolutely extraordinary" as if Muslim terrorists feed their kids severed heads and IEDs.

I mean, was it really powdered milk?
Dee Man
Here's hoping the authorities didn't miss any evidence. I mean, was it really powdered milk? The reporter also seemed genuinely shocked that "It just seems like a normal suburban house!" He must have been expecting ISIS wallpaper and duvet covers or something.
