Looking at taking my son over to a game for his 16th birthday sometime in February. Anybody recommend best places to go regarding traveling from Scotland and chance of tickets, and is booking tickets before travel a must or are some teams tickets still available on the wknd of the match

We go to Bremen a lot and we have our own supporters club registered with them and the grounds in the city centre. If looking for tickets a could speak to my mate for tickets

Going over to Dusseldorf for a weekend in February and hoping to take in a few matches. Both Fortuna and Bayer are playing at home, is it easy enough to get the train to Leverkusen? Getting tickets will be a pest as their playing Munich so will probably sell out but don't mind paying a bit extra through viagogo, assuming it's a secure site? Any advice for travelling around that area getting tickets would be appreciated!

Going to Hamburg in May for a mate's stag, last home game of the season against Wolfsburg. At the moment there aren't too many tickets on Viagogo, 6 in the away end at £50 each (there are 12 or so of us going). Is Viagogo our best option for tickets or will there be a public sale? I assume more tickets are likely to go on Viagogo closer to the time at a similar or lower price unless the game somehow ends up being particularly significant.

Any help on this or other pointers gratefully appreciated.

Stayed in Dusseldorf last year and got the train to Leverkusen for a game on the Friday night. You get free return travel on local trains on the day of the game with your ticket. Leverkusen as a town doesn't have much to it, a couple of pubs and a tiny shopping centre, but there's a decent bar in the stadium.

There's plenty options for games in that area so if you can get tickets more easily elsewhere you'll not struggle.

Tempted to head to a game between now and the end of the season. I think both Stuttgart and Augsburg are around 5 hours on the train from here, with Munich a little closer. Have been to Munich before mind you so would prefer one of the other two.

Anyone been to Stuttgart and/or Augsburg, and if so which would you recommend?

H96's miserable season continued with a 3-0 defeat in a driech Leverkusen.

Fairly even for most of the 1st half, but some non-existant defending at a corner in the 44th minute gave B04 a 1-0 lead at halftime. Penalty converted by Chicarito in the 63rd plus a further goal from Chicharito in the 87th rounded of a crap day.

Bremen managing a draw after being 3-1 down, plus Stuttgart beating Hamburg means that H96 as well as Hoffenheim (play today against Bayern) are becoming a little bit detached at the bottom of the table. 5 behind Bremen and 7 behind Augsburg, Darmstadt, Frankfurt & Stuttgart.

Next up, H96 at home to Mainz.

For one of the 5/6 guys (presumably on a Stag-Do) all kilted up, a Celtic top does not go with a kilt!
