11thHour
There is a film I had seen a good few times in the early 90's where a guy was having nightmares about a certain alien symbol and when he found it in the woods he turned into an alien ninja robot thing and fought against these other alien ninja beasts like a rhyno and stuff but I have found no information on this film whatsoever on the internet. If someone would make a cheap remake of that I would be very happy.

killienick
I've just remembered a film I saw loads when I was wee. I'm not sure it's aged that well so could probably do with a reboot......Remo Williams anyone?
eddiemunster
I wish someone would give Dodorowski the chance to make his Dune. Watched the documentary recently and he seems like a brilliantly mental character and his vision for the film was excellent. Perhaps it never being made just adds to the myth though.

Dune deserves a proper big movie treatment, the material needs to find the support that Peter Jackson gave Lord of the Rings. You could easily get a trilogy out of the first two books (Well, one book - Dune messiah is actually the last chapters of the original Dune manuscript, hived off into a separate book to give Dune a relatively upbeat ending), let alone the full 7 originals.
11thHour
The Guyver? HOLY FUCKING SHIT I THINK THATS IT!! If mutant alien ninja shit is your thing, there is plenty of it.
MikeyVanBasten3
There's supposedly gonna be a reboot of The Crow. Not too sure how I feel about this, easily one of the best 90's films although the sequels were horrid.

Never was too fussed about the film, but I once saw a 'making of' thing with the graphic novel's author James O'Barr, and he still seemed absolutely devastated over the events that led to him writing the story. Couldn't help but feel for the dude.
Musketeer Gripweed
I would love to see a remake of Masque of the Red Death. Vincent Price movies were my staple viewing as a child and that movie is the one I seem to think of most when I think of him. Many Hammer movies deserve a remake as well. Quatermass movies deserve an upgrade,
Grim O'Grady
I'm hoping for a 50th year anniversary remake of Debbie Does Dallas. I think it would be interesting to see what changes have happened from an Eco/Geo/Political stance the last 50 years have made on Texas. I'm quite old school when it comes to original film soundtracks & would hope they could maybe bring in Mark Ronson to just re-jig the original tracks to keep them authentic yet bring them subtlety up to date. I would also love to see Bambi. (If she's still alive) obviously not as Debbie but used as a secondary role yet pivotal to the plot, if possible. I think this could be the making of Sheridan Smith & her breaking Hollywood big time, if they would cast a non-U.S. as the star? We've seen plenty of her over here, who could forget her heartbreaking characterization of Our Cilla but she needs international exposure. & I feel this would be the perfect vehicle to break her in the States. Smith's attributes will enhance the role & she will bring a gusto empathetic performance, I got through a box of Kleenex from her performance of Our Cilla on the small screen, imagine how many boxes I could get through seeing her at the iMax in 3D as Debbie? Bring it on, Hollywood, you know it makes sense/money. Grimbo
BFTD
Bambi Woods disappeared a few years after Debbie Does Dallas, and it appears that nobody involved in the making of the movie actually knew who she really was, even the film's producer and director. Different times. There have been a few rumours about death from a drug overdose and a couple of people who've claimed that she's living an ordinary anonymous life somewhere, but nothing that's been backed up by evidence. If she is still alive, clearly she's no interest in returning to the public eye. Sad that people have been making millions from that film for decades and she'll have seen none of it, however. Same goes for Robert Kerman, who's apparently broke these days and unable to get acting gigs, despite being in one of the biggest porn films of all time and also one of my favourite horror films, Cannibal Holocaust. Life can be a bitch. If we're remaking porn, I'd prefer to see The Devil in Miss Jones, which is the closest I've seen porn come to being a proper movie. Actually, scrub that; it's fine the way it is.

tongue_tied_danny
Not a remake as such, but I'd love to see a biopic of Spandau Ballet starring Ronnie and Reggie Kray as the Kemp brothers.

Unfortunately they are starring in Ghost just now, Tom Hardy is quite popular just now & could maybe do it, if he's not available then Sheridan Smith is quite versatile.
