Quentin Taranbino
I think what goes against them is that because they pay to be there, they are guaranteed X amount of playing time so their squad is almost rotated on a game by game basis which I guess means their performances are even more impressive given their best players play 1 in 3 games or something like that

Ludovic Erhard and Patrick Thoutang were two who played. I'm sure Gael Reverte played as well.

That was last season, we played Cove up at Cove in 2012. We signed Michael Travis off the back of that game. Can't find the line ups anywhere. HibeeJibee
It could well have been. Before joining SOSL last season they filled their time by playing friendlies every midweek - often against the odd team in SPFL U20s Development League, IIRC - and putting lots of players out on loan. We had some at Berwick. They still do loan a number out. Selkirk's team was full of them - sometimes 50/50 - 2 seasons ago.

HibeeJibee
No idea. One of them got capped for Congo U20s, IIRC . Returning toward topic - an amendment to kickoff on the last day of HL season now sees Brora and Cove finishing 1 hour later than Formartine. Given how tight it is - 74pts, 73pts, 72pts - that seems an odd one.

BerwickMad
Shire counting down the days until the playoff now. We're mathematically safe if we avoid defeat next week. Considering where we were only a few weeks ago it's a great effort.

Whitburn Vale
That league table is looking so good for Cove. Your just gonna love a daytrip to Inverurie lichtie!! It's only 15 miles from Aberdeen and connected all the way by dual carriageway,to top it off great place to visit to, plenty of cracking boozers, including a good social club at the ground.Don't think Coves new ground will be open for a couple of years yet as it's still going through the planning procedure's with Aberdeen City Council. I've been there in the cup!! One of the best away days I've ever had!!! Train up for 11 and then near enough every pub in Inverurie finishing off in the social club. Superb day and only an hour and a bit on train!
