Hamilton had his head in his hands when his car stopped and kept his helmet on when he went back to the pits, which the drivers usually do when they are embarrassed (dunno if Rosberg did the same too) so that could suggest he thinks it's his fault. From Hamilton's on-board camera, it looked as if Rosberg started to move across before Hamilton started the move - he then attempted to dive into a gap which was never going to be there.
