Had some porridge this morning for the first time in ages.

Made with water and a little sprinkle of pink sea salt. Made too much which isn't a problem, poured the rest into another bowl and let it cool down in the fridge.

I like cold porridge, so there's lunch sorted, just add some fruit.

Read something years ago about the way it used to be done for a family was cook a big pot of it the night before and when ready pour it into a drawer which is empty and used for that purpose and let it set overnight. Slice into portions in the morning. Who the f**k did that? Who would be the lucky one to find the dead moth?

This was featured in an instalment of The Broons when Paw decided to do it the old way. He broke his tooth on a toy car.

I'm going back to a healthy breakfast after today's toilet episode. On the road a lot but it's no excuse to give a decent breakfast a miss. I gave birth this morning. There was an unhealthy amount of blood. I'm walking like John Wayne.

Enjoy your Sunday roasts, folks.
