He's the best 'footballer' at the club imo. No chance. I'd rather have a guy that tries and fails but still scores plenty of goals. I think Paton just isn't as quick or as skilful as those two so has to be a bit more conservative. There's nothing wrong with either but I'd have Cardle as the best player we have. Could have made changes up front after Brechin but instead he just put a bit of gentle pressure on them to make sure they take their chances and it paid off.
