ZX1886
Who was it that said Lamie was the second top scorer at the club? Looked as if GA was confirming Dundee’s relegation to him during the celebrations. Get the small print on the pre-contract read.

YassinMoutaouakil
Was hoping for some sort of WWE style reveal where Lamie rips up a novelty sized contract with DUNDEE written on it.

What a night, and what a result.Fair play to this absolute gang, they’ve come up trumps when it really mattered throughout the season.

rowsdower
GA hates the middle of the pitch and the middle of the season. I had to actually do my job this afternoon, so barely saw the game. Looking forward to watching the replay and still shitting it during injury time.

Kapowzer
I didn't think Joe Efford was our worst culprit tonight. Carroll was dugmeat from the KO and Slattery's first half was the worst I've seen him in C&A, second half better however. I do feel a bit for Woolery, 2 years left on his deal and been relegated to unused sub when he was one of the few glimmers of hope during deepest winter. Glad to see despite "don't care what happens in the last 5 games" actually turns out not to be the case for many. Monday is usually when the contracts offered, released and best wishes press release comes out. Interesting to see out of all the fringe guys who gets offered something. I take it Grimmy conveyed to some of the Bois privately that he's off hence the sign?

I thought Carroll was good tonight. A few defensive lapses but much better going forward than he's been pretty much all season. Slattery also, playing in a more advanced role than usual for much of the first half but didn't think he was terrible.Donnelly and Ojala were badly exposed in the first half and I thought the latter had a shocker. Donnelly was much better second half once we upped the tempo.SOD was immense again. My MotM tonight.I'm really warming to Shields as well. Fitter than a butcher's dug and bags of effort but seems to add something extra when KVV plays alongside him.Efford is not for me though.
ropy
Efford could have rolled the ball along the six yard line like we learned in the 6-6 game but he chopped on to his left and was blocked. I hope he heard me.
YassinMoutaouakil
I used to think America could produce loads of great wingers if they took boys who were fast as f**k and strong but not quite good enough for the NFL, and tried to teach them the raw essentials of football. Joe Efford is probably why they don't try that.

My criticism of stems from panicky play and giving the ball away cheaply or not being committed enough during most of the first half. Carroll did his too often half arsed runs back to cover when its his bread and butter, not the first time he's been guilty of that. Sportscene doesn't show the square ball that had the other forwards going mental. The header in the second half from Efford really should have drawn a save. Touch and control at times questionable but we've got him for 12 months more, Alexander did manage to get the most out of Cole and Watt so fingers crossed. However I regard Woolery as offering more and don't get his omission. Slattery's through ball to Shields for the opener was tasty however, for the rest of the half passes were repeatedly incomplete or intercepted.
