pittsburgh phil
Last fight was a right old school tear up, plenty of needle and more head than debbie does dallas. Shame for Dickens but obvs it was game over if his jaw was broken. Hope we see more of Rigondeux, looked like a classy operator, as well as a bit of a character

Disco30
Wilder fight started ? Debating putting it on or just going to bed and seeing how it pans out in the morning. Should be another stoppage for him imo
Disco30
A f**k it another fight won't hurt , wilder usually knocks them out so doubt it will go the distance anyway

dogmc
Kinda annoyed Wilder has broken his hand and is out for practically the year. We're not gonna see any unifications until a year away at least because Fury is fighting late in the year and Joshua is gonna carry on fighting bums. And fury doesn't want to fight anyone under the age of 40.....correctly hearn brigade get called for who aj fights but its patently clear fury doesn't have the balls to fight anyone young enough to hit him.
dogmc
Fury is contractually obliged to rematch with Klitschko, you know, the next best heavyweight in the world. How is it clear that Fury doesn't have the balls to fight anyone young enough to hit him? Enlighten me Yeah we all know his contractual obligations but fury himself cant stop coming up with continual excuses about how he wont fight other people......read his interviews.....utter nonsense claiming he doesn't want to give other fighters 'a pay day'.
dogmc
You've already said this, now where's the proof? Even if you dont want to google it the bbc website has him talking about preferring to retire than face up to next generation. Hes happy mugging off a 45 yr old but no got balls to face up to even haye ffs
dogmc
If you believe his retirement claims then you're an absolute idiot.Haye has pulled out of a fight with Fury twice, and wasted a lot of time and money of the Fury camp. Why should he give that guy a shot when he's fighting Arnold the cobra etc? Joshua doesn't even deserve a shot at Fury but money will get him one Aside from fighting 40 + yr olds the fury world class performances are?? Presume we have at least ooh ten or fifteen??

Money makes fights and although Joshua is still wetting his head in the heavyweight division the money generated from him means every heavyweight in the division will want a piece of him even fury. Still think if they were to fight tonight fury wins but the more training and more fights he gets in it makes the fight very close IMO.
Boostin' Kev
They shouldn't be allowed to have it both ways. Can't continue to play the prospect role with a heavyweight belt.
kiddy
Joshua can take who he likes, in between mandatory defences. As Bunce says, "You get what you can negotiate, in boxing, not what you deserve". Via that, he can take a year or two to manoeuvre himself into position for, whilst gaining experience, a Fury/Wilder fight.
Boostin' Kev
I think everybody understands that kiddy thanks for the recap in Standard Grade Business Studies though. It doesn't mean that followers of the sport have to support certain negotiations and subsequent weak match ups of course. Genuine lol at the Steve Bunce quote btw. Of all the brains in the sport you could chose to refer to, you went for him.
kiddy
You just keep living in your own wee world then, where there are only Unified Champs. As for Bunce, I'm sure he lol's at PnB's p4p Platinum Member.
