kiddy Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 Well AJ > Haye > Fury... Lewis in his day better than them all Lewis, on his day, wasn't better than Oliver McCall & Hasim Rahman. That he had to avenge those defeats would suggest as much, as good a champion as he was. 0 Quote
kiddy Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 Where's it gone? I was thinking the same this morningx Dunno but I'd just like to say #letsgochamp Right, come on, own up, who's got it? 0 Quote
Meth Damon Posted May 22, 2016 Author Posted May 22, 2016 Well AJ > Haye > Fury... Lewis in his day better than them all Agreed mate who's Fury even beat? I heard he ducked Charles Martin 0 Quote
The Chlamydia Kid Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 Haye is like a WWF wrestler the way he conducts himself and the utter bollocks that comes out his mouth. That show was a farce. That show was an utter farce. 0 Quote
We Are Pars Fans! Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 Awful awful show last night. Some poor folk actually paid to see that 0 Quote

dr lector Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 The worst show AV seen since David Hayes last fight 😳😳 0 Quote
AUFC90 Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 Lewis, on his day, wasn't better than Oliver McCall & Hasim Rahman. That he had to avenge those defeats would suggest as much, as good a champion as he was. That doesn't make the slightest bit of sense. When he wasn't on his day, probably by underestimating them, he got beat by them. Then when he made sure he was on his day in the rematches he smashed f**k out the both of them. Certainly the best heavyweight I've seen, by quite a distance. 0 Quote
Boomtown Boy Posted May 23, 2016 Posted May 23, 2016 Watched Haye fight, pretty poor show dont think the guy landed one punch in the whole fight. If you r back then fight someone decent absolutely no point in digging up these guys who dont even want to throw anything back. There must be someone in the top 10 rankings that would fight David Haye, get it done and stop wasting fans time and money. 0 Quote
Meth Damon Posted May 23, 2016 Author Posted May 23, 2016 He doesn't give a shit about the fans though, the same casuals who bought a ticket will still buy it whether it's the Cobra he's fighting or King Kong. Why bother with the added risk/ having to give the opponent more money when you dont have to. It's the reason the "casuals are good for the sport" argument is bullshit 0 Quote
Boomtown Boy Posted May 23, 2016 Posted May 23, 2016 A would put myself in "casual fan" bracket but still want to see the best fights out there. Haye has come back from a long lay off so fair enough the last fight this fight is a stretch, the Briggs fight next for him is a step in the right direction but he needs to get looking up the way not down the way for an opponent after that....Dillian Whyte?? 0 Quote

When Lewis was focused he was unreal. Would be dominating that division just now. He would dominate fury 0 Quote
Disco30 Posted May 23, 2016 Posted May 23, 2016 Think a lot of the big hitters are going to avoid whyte right now dangerous fight and not much money to be gained right now. He will probs have a few fights and become mandatory for the top fighters. 0 Quote
Meth Damon Posted May 23, 2016 Author Posted May 23, 2016 Whyte is gonna fight for the British title, fairly certain its against Dave Allen after Hughie decided not to fight for it 0 Quote

MONKMAN Posted May 23, 2016 Posted May 23, 2016 Do people actually think AJ would beat Fury, or even Haye for that matter? 0 Quote
