I'm not sure if it's been mentioned on here yet, but I see that Maryhill have tweeted that their manager Jim Delaney resigned last Wednesday due to work commitments.

Real shame - in this case unfortunately the old "work commitments" thing is the truth - Jim'll be working two Saturdays a month for the foreseeable future. He'll be missed - he did a great job last season in getting us up to the Superleagues.

A new manager is in place - I've heard the name, but I'll wait till it's confirmed before posting on here.

I have too, but it's only courtesy to let the club announce it.

This league never fails to amaze me, yoker Beaten at home by Maryhill? Petershill Beaten at home by cumbernauld? Blantyre Beaten at home by meadow? Us fortunate to hang on for all 3pts today, what a league, anything can happen an usually does emoji16.png

Correct, there are no easy games for any team in this league.

Back to the grind on Saturday again, meant to be home to Blantyre now it's Glencairn, always a tough fixture for us, an a bit of added spice for me with ma Glens connections lol [emoji23]

You know me, no predictions. Our record at Duncansfield is decent though, two wins, four draws and one defeat in the past seven years. Looking forward to it, always a good welcome up there.

All things being well I will be there, standing in my usual spot. It's perhaps best you let Alex know about the second bit, although I suspect he'll read it here first. :thumsup2
