Should have been able to get his ideas over in that time so they will know what he’s looking for. Apply for a Governing Body Endorsement. £100 and that needs to happen before you apply for visas and work permits etc. According to that article that Governing Body Endorsement documentation is "extensive" They then present that GBE to the home office. A couple of seasons back, ourselves and Ayr both signed players where we had to wait months before they could appear due to paperwork.
