Muirton Saint
Not suprising, wonder who his replacement will be and if the rest of the coaching staff will go once they're in.

Barry Robson or Stevie Naismith at this rate. Scott Brown perhaps?
houston_bud
So when he said yesterday that some of the players wouldn't play for him again, I wonder if this is what he meant?

Costanza
Correct decision but what an utter clusterfuck we’ve become.
Wilbur
That has to be the shortest "parted-company" club statement ever. Not even the obligatory "thanks for his efforts" or "wish him all the best for the future". Short and (not remotely) sweet.

Macca was in charge of training this morning so obviously he was only told at lunchtime.

Savage Henry
He looked like he didn’t want the job from day one.
PauloPerth
Probably just wanted to get something official out quickly before word got out. I’m sure the club will add the pleasantries in due course.
RandomGuy.
Aye, think theyll say more at a later date, but for now its just letting fans know the decisions been made. A shame, but its the right choice.

Did he not say that but said he didnt think he could refuse the chance to manage us so would try his best? Blame probably lies more with Steve Brown (again) for putting him in this situation.
Zamora Fan
Christ what a mess. Right decision but they probably should have wished the club legend striker well in the statement at least! End of the day we're a top flight premiership team (for now) and should never have been giving the job to someone with no managerial experience. Shite way to treat him and the shocking start we've made means whoever comes in has a huge job on their hands. Time for a Lampard/Jody Morris double act IMO
