Absolutely f**king scandalous that this is happening. Surely the youth academy have someone who can be used on game days so at least they get some sort of structured warm up. Firstly the goalkeeping coach is the obvious one but we also need a centre back and left sided player, as well as trying to get a few players out on loan still.
