Double Winning St Johnstone FC Thread

Recommended Posts

I was asked to record an acoustic cover version of 'Blue (Da Ba Dee)' a few months ago. Saints may be using it for promotional purposes at some point this season (but with the change of leadership in the media team, nothing can be guaranteed). So here it is. When I'm dead, this will hopefully be what I'm remembered for.

It's that good you'll buy it. I might even buy the thing.

Not sure about Mike and Andy Driver but sounds like you're going to be going full Randy Marsh - sat in your Tartan kit with a pic of Tony Watt in your spare hand

Are you singing "i'm blue, I'll be til I die" there?

Nice twist on a classic lyric.

can you do a few other acoustic versions of St Johnstone related tunes..

and a version of this with a few lyrics changed to be about Saints, could be a contender for our next cup final song:

And this lesser known classic from the Manchester music era of the late 80's written about Saints' successful promotion push of 1988:

and,  finally, a nice wee rendition of Sweet Caroline just for Tam.

There's a St Johnstone album in the making here.

St Johnstone are unable to come up with the finances for the driver deal leaving Tommy Wright very angry with the chairman. Same with goalkeeper that was on trial.

Confirmed by unofficial twitter via the evening telegraph today the GK, Russell and young striker all not being offered a deal.

No mention of Driver.

Could Willock be returning?

Edited by Mr Positive, sometimes.
