Exactly the opposite.

If Rangers had won that game then we would now have McCall as manager, the transformation under Warburton and been remarkable, *YOU DID US A FAVOUR...cheers

It was probably the biggest blessing in disguise we have had during *THE JOURNEY actually , we went through we would have been ill prepared for the premier league , arguably could have kept McCall and never got warburton . The result has arguably had the reverse effect you seem to think it has

OMFG!! really????

Apologies to the Motherwell, Stranraer, East Stirlingshire and Annan fans who want to discuss the group stage of this competition. There are plenty Sevco threads already on the go so you'd have thought some people would hold back.  Sad c***s.

Most sensible post on the thread IMO.

Yes really.

A year ago we were soundly beaten in the play offs, had a shite team and no permanent management team in place.

If you told me then, that just a year later we would have won the championship with ease, won the diddy cup and got to the final of the Scottish cup hammering Dundee and outclassing celtic on the way alongside the feeling that we have a brilliant platform to build further on then I would have bitten your hand off.  This is hardly an OMFG sentiment.

Fair enough, so Hibs must have done you a right favour too.

give them a year and that will be the spin they put on getting beat by hibs.

No because the defeat to hibs was a blip in a succesfull enough season , the defeat against motherwell brought massive changes to the club . It really is not hard to grasp the difference between the situations
