Are they no the pub that had the fake Airdrie buses noted in the evening times!

I didn't know about that one.

Anyone who believed that Airdrie buses would leave from a pub in Coatbridge, and not just anywhere but next door to Cliftonhill, needs their heids looked at anyway.

Top 5 boozers in Falkirk in my opinion (no particular order):

Rialtos- good music

The Lane (aka The Canteen)- Always hoachin at the weekend

The Carronbridge Inn (aka The Soo Hoos)- Easily drunken stroll home from there

The Tolbooth- Old Man's Pub

Behind The Wall- Best Pub Really

You and I seem to have the same tastes. Rialto, The Lane and The Tollbooth would be in mines, along with Firkins (it's cheap) and Garvie's in Kincardine which I only discovered last weekend. It's nice and quiet, and there's an ace chippy nearby.

Top 5 pubs in Falkirk for me. I'm a young 'un remember...

The Lane - Place to be at the weekends.

Rialto - Quality jukebox, good crowd normally, cheap Thursdays.

The Tolbooth - Old mans pub as Gaz said, but quality when our crowd pop in for a sing-song as it's always quiet beforehand. One of the owners is a sound chap too.

Wetherspoons - Cheap as chips. Can't complain.

The Goose - Not bad, couldn't really think of anywhere else.

I do believe Garvie's is in Kincardine...which meens Fife, but the other Pubs are good, like I said above

I couldn't think of any other pubs I liked. I suppose, as Jammy said, the Goose and Spoons could also be added. They're OK on a good day/night.

The Tolbooth - Great banter and songs are permitted, even anti Falkirk ones

The Lane - Good beats and a tidy place, dear as f**k though.

Firkins - Cheap, used to be partial to a sing song until the only decent bouncer got sacked. I'm currently barred from this establishment.

Goose - Cheap again, although some right jakies are attracted here because of this.

Spoons - No atmosphere but again, cheap.

All in all Falkirk is pretty waash for a decent boozer.
