The only "Brexit dividend" that will happen in the NHS is the dividends paid to shareholders of the private companies who continue to increase their hold on the NHS as it is ripped wide open in the trade deals done with the US and China when they happen.
LongTimeLurker
It's not being highlighted so much by the media but the Rees Mogg amendment that effectively killed the backstop agreement where NI is concerned pretty much guaranteed a no deal Brexit, if the EU stick to their negotiating posture from late last year. http://www.itv.com/news/2018-07-17/have-jacob-rees-mogg-and-the-erg-achieved-a-decisive-step-towards-no-deal-brexit/

In the UK as it stands, Virgin Care are probably the best known private healthcare company making money from the NHS. You also have the likes of BMI, Vanguard, Circle, Serco, Capita, Carillion and BUPA amongst the for profit companies who have won NHS tenders and taken their share of the coin(In many cases, providing a far poorer service and being forced to quit the contracts before completion). Even Arriva fucking busses have made money, through the supply of ambulance services in parts of England. If that tender process is opened up to companies in the US then you are looking at HCA, Tenet, Acadia and UnitedHealth amongst many many others who will also look to take advantage and get their cut.
Inanimate Carbon Rod
Who are these companies? American health care lobbyist firms are now actively donating to Tory politicians. The BBC are now also putting these lobbyists on as if they are heathcare experts. The BBC is essentially normalising these people. Its fucking frightening that people don’t see this

LongTimeLurker
The DUP would never vote for it to be overturned and the Tories need them in confidence motions. This is not easy to reverse.
