I'm fearing a 0-0 draw followed by another half hour of goalless extra time followed by a 1-0 penalty shootout win by one of the teams...

Please, don't.

Miserable rainy day, a shite kick off time and a diddy cup. Won't be a surprise that there isn't much of a crowd.

Games been as expected so far, absolutely brutal from both teams.

Group of us down in London, specifically phoned ahead to check if the sports bar we are at have Premier Sports, they told me they did and now we're here they don't and we're having to use a laptop to try and get a shitty stream. Seething.

You're not missing much from an Ayr perspective, tbf. St Mirren actually doing okay, broken nose for Paddy Boyle. Ayr pretty meh. A half time rollicking required.

HT 0-0

Poor fayre all round. Both teams have had decent half chances and both keepers have made saves. The standard is hard to watch though.

I just hope someone wins in 90 minutes, I can't bare the thought of extra time.
