Why do some people hate the SNP?

You are incapable of expanding a ridiculous point - not surprising- because there is nowhere to take it. Stick to the remittances issue as that is what I posted about. Otherwise you're just a thick Irish p***k

Shameful

You're quite correct, remittances in isolation are a a fairly simple subject it's just that the posts you are referring to discussed the effect they can have on inter-national (not international) economies, a highly complex subject. Your inability to see beyond the simple to the deeper , root cause analysis and understanding of why economies succeed or fail, in no way comes as a shock to me nor, I suspect, to many of the people who follow any of the forums that you regularly stink out with your foreigner hating invective. In short, you keep on demonstrating your inability to grasp simple concepts clearly and...................You know what? It's pointless, you're pointless, we're both wasting our time here.

You are a cowardly git. I said Anthony made a good point about remittances only. You tried belittle that statement by deflecting. You can't even lie straight.

You have been humped by your own ignorance.

If you like.He will be jumping like an excited puppy now.

Yippeee!. I thought you were going to keep him all to yourself. It's actually being kind at this time of year to think of others less intelligent than yourself like antlion and his ilk.

Sheer seethe is the usual reason for hating the SNP.

I mean, we're just too good.

"Tasmina Ahmed-Sheikh, Member of Parliament for the Scottish National Party, on behalf of the Scottish National Party" . Nice to see the former Britnat Parties' activist getting a platform!

The Coppieters (CMC) is financed by the European Parliament and the regionalist organisations that comprise its membership - http://www.ideasforeurope.eu/structure/cmc-members/. Like the SNP, they claim to want autonomy or independence but are happy to be ruled by the Brussels political class.

That "award" is like the Party of the European Socialists honouring Jeremy Corbyn. Sweeties for the  faithful. Meh!

ETA - Why does Salmond now prefer to sit in the Britnats' Parliament again rather than the Scottish Parliament?

Told you.

Nope. It's just very funny that you think that a worthless award, from a bunch of Euro-regionalist policy wonks, has any value.

Another analogy would be David Cameron getting an award from the Stockholm Network - http://www.stockholm-network.org/About-Us/.

So where did you found out about this non-event - from an SNP or Euro-regionalist newsletter?

ETA - I assume that you and Antlion are going as it would be a great opportunity to meet like-minded folk.

Calm down, fella.

It's you who is seething!

Is that is all you can post in response my basic questions. All I did was to expose that so-called award as a typical Brussels jolly!

It's just part of the gravy train. There are loads of such events every week.

It's all shite. Get over it!

I go away for a while and the 99% show why they need the 1% to keep them in order. What a fucking mess this place is without me.

I agree.Ive done what i could to keep the quality of debate high but sadly its degenerated into pots shouting at kettles.Shambles.
