Take it that was Bellymack @Stevo Fife. Tricky buggers to catch especially if there's a west wind as they're always flying away from you. TBH I would only go Sep-Mar and not high summer as the sun is too high in the sky at 2pm.  So it never lights the underside of the birds.

Nice one chaps. I thought if you had been down the borders way you might have got a lucky sighting but I stand corrected.

Not been out nearly as much as I’d have liked recently. Some recent ones of little grebes in a local pond:
