Apart from Dundee United which was a 3pm kick-off, all our semis we generally sell between 12,000-14,000.
naegoodinthedark
Why does everyone get so hung up on ticket sales?
The Ginger Prince
Because to not sell our your allocation for a semi final is pretty shite tbh.

It is still disappointing, if we didn't have that final with 40k fans then my crowd expectations would be lower tbf
naegoodinthedark
Because to not sell our your allocation for a semi final is pretty shite tbh. Why?Why would a club with our average attendance be expected to take double to a semi final against Edinburghs second biggest team?Edit: Just as I'm typing this, Sunshine On Leith comes on the radio. That's a fucking portent of doom there.

For a semi final of the biggest cup in Scotland. Our supporters bus is leaving at 7am on the morning. The road works at Stonehaven was murder with the last away game so we decided to leave a 1/2hr earlier.
anotherchance
If you want to go to the game, you do what you can to get there - as has been said it's surely not far off the same time folk would get up for work.We just don't have that many fans prepared to make the effort go to semi finals if it's an early start. It's a shame, as I think it'll be a tight game and the bigger support may give Hibs an edge. Can take 1 hour to get from Portlethen to Stonehaven (6 miles) after work some days.
Dudu Dahan pal
Still. Hardly outrageous times to travel to a semi final at the national stadium, is it? the only other option is playing it after five or at three and not on TV. f**k being in stuck in traffic in Glasgow at 8 at night on a Saturday. HibsFan
Had to get my tickets at the top of the East behind the goals and now tickets have been released at the top of D5 in the North, as well in F1 and F2 in the East.

jamamafegan
I'd be quite surprised if Aberdeen don't sell more than Hibs. It's a great chance for Aberdeen to reach their first Scottish Cup final in 17 years.
