Bad result ..... it makes me wonder how poor is Scottish Football.

Kind of comment infuriates me. If you enjoy it then who really gives a f**k?

Also shows how little people in this country think of other leagues, we moan when the English do this.

What are we doing so wrong that we can't cope with teams from Lithuania, Cyprus and Luxembourg. Humiliating.

Having worse players than teams from those countries certainly doesn't help.

Plenty of utter cretins thought Hearts had a sniff of finishing above Peterhead in their diddy group stage.

Shame that won't deflect away from your own humiliation to a Mediterranean island team.

Taking it as well as ever, I see.

I'm a big Andy Considine fan, but it does as no good having him at left-back in these games. Said the same after the 2nd leg in Bosnia. You can't play in Europe with a full-back who, fundamentally, isn't actually very good at football. His only option in possession was to hoof it away time and time again.

Nobody forces Scottish clubs to play second-rate dross from their own nationality, far less import lower league garbage from England. Cypriot football is a demonstration in how clubs playing in small national associations - a micro-state in the case of Cyprus - can punch at or well above their weight through a more creative approach to scouting and the transfer market.

That is the only credible way of improving Scottish domestic football, as opposed to Hamish Husband-friendly drivel like 'Project Brave'. Fewer shan Brits; more cheap, superior foreigners.

I agree, that was what I'm trying to say to the people labeling them as if they're some Progres or Trakai-level diddy.

Obviously they have an advantage over us in that Brazilians or Spanish players will see them as a step into Europe via a climate that is more suited to them, but there's no reason our clubs can't adopt a similar tactic by taking on Hungarians or Montenegrins that will be making peanuts right now and would jump at the chance to sign for the likes of St Johnstone or Motherwell.

Shite performance and we are deservedly out.

McInnes needs to shoulder a lot of blame here, what were the tactics supposed to be? The defence was far too deep leaving huge spaces in the middle third which left shinnie and Christie chasing shadows and using up energy. Stockley up top to try and hold the ball up. It was blatantly obvious the team needed to be 20 yards higher up the park yet nothing was done.
Mackey Steven needs to learn the offside rule for when he's defending. Reynolds needs dropped, McLean too.

Joe Lewis distribution was pish.

Pass marks for shinnie, Christie, Wright and Maynard.
