TheScarf
I always thought he was a winger/striker.

Fucking moron b*****ds. They can’t do fucking anything right these c***s. Gardiner strikes me as someone who'se managed to get lost on his way to his own gaff

TheScarf
Calum Haspell possibly one of the other trialists I believe. Previously been at Rothes and Queen’s Park and played in Spain for a bit.
SandyCromarty
McKinnon, seems to float out to the left side and then back into midfield, needs to stay in position instead of chasing the ball. 2 and 3 seem decent so far.

Nah 2's looked a bit off it, assuming that is Haspell

Raith Against The Machine
Out of possession, Ferguson looks like he's drilling for an away game at Ibrox or Parkhead. Whole team dropping to within 35 yards of the goal line, letting the Rovers have the ball and closing off all the passes. Billy McKay must be depressed as f**k.

The majority of our team are about 15 year old, we’re hardly going go be going for it against the second favourites for the league above us in a friendly.
SandyCromarty
We've Newman to thank for that low score.
TheScarf
That’s a decent result for our young squad. Raith with the standard 97th minute winner against us I see.
Mr.Blue
Looks like Morgan Boyes was playing for us (morton)today and has signed. Looked really composed on the ball and strolled it. Thoughts lads?

If dragging the opposition down to our level is what it takes to get performances and in turn good results then so be it. If the first thing Ferguson does for us in L1 is make us hard to beat then he is doing something right. Confidence will grow among the squad and at least on the pitch the decline can be turned around or more likely slowed down. It will take time.

He’ll be a great signing for you in my opinion, can have the occasional brain fart but he’s a solid left sided centre half at Championship level. Will probably get better too

Memories of Grant Munro endlessly hoofing the ball up the park to Craig Brewster. ......without that type of pressence up front.

But that was driven by Brewsters arrogance demanding balls into him constantly, Brewster was the worst example of a player/manager I have seen where he thought that the game revolved around him. Plus he couldn't handle a player more skilful than him, he dropped Barry, our best player at the time, for no real reason other than some obscure idea about Barry's weight. Arrogant twat of a man. He will make a few big mistakes but he wouldn’t be dropping down to the championship if he cut those out.
TheScarf
Yeah he’ll be fine 75% of the time. He’ll have three solid games then one where he’s the primary reason you’ve lost.

Not sure what the point was for tossing the young lad to the wolves late though.
