You should maybe draw the line at calling a manager a liar when your own manager bullshits on a weekly basis.

If Rodgers is a liar, even if Beale is a bullshitter, does that make Rodgers any less a liar? Why shouldn't someone call them both out like AJF has?

As a person he’s a narcissistic, lying fucker so can’t imagine there will be too many that will hang on his every word.

As a coach well it would be churlish to dismiss what he done previously and the number of players who he improved especially McGregor.

The expectations of him will be higher than when he left, the squad is better and he will be expected to improve on what Ange built. Let’s see if he’s up to it.

And if DD is flashing the cash he should get wee KT up the road too 😉

There are Celtic fans that don't just blindly defend anything Celtic related regardless of what it is?

Sorry don't believe that.

Surprisingly it was Jinky.

Perhaps the interviewer should’ve asked him what he thinks of the tyranny both women and homosexuals of Saudi have to live under.
That is way he could’ve answered that specific question.

Perhaps the interviewer knew that they’d got the golden quote from Rodgers and thought that,  rather than be criticised for not asking follow up questions, people would actually focus on the frankly shameful comment from Rodgers in the first place.

It’s actually really easy for Rodgers to answer that question without belittling peoples concerns.

“Jordan took a decision for him and his family, which is his prerogative. I know him well and he will have meant no offence to a community he has nothing but respect for”.

Hes backed his mate without wading in to something he doesn’t understand.

You would think the fan base of a support who win everything would be relaxed about life rather than reflexively jumping to the defence of their club all the time.

Just say it was a silly thing to say.

They need to find something to get excited about, winning has become an expectation as opposed to an achievement.

You do realise you can expect and still feel a sense of achievement? They aren’t mutually exclusive

And it sounds like both of you haven’t listened to the interview with McCoist & Brazil on TalkSport. Not one mention of LGBT reaction. They were actually talking about how others view the Saudi league and indeed the stigma players face that choose that big money move over a switch closer to home.

But please continue with your faux outrage at the bang-to-rights homophobe and his ‘shameful’ comments that the BBC article has pieced together.

What are you waffling on about

Ive not called him a homophobe once. His comments were poor, he may have made better comments on talksport (?) which is great. The quotes attributed to him on bbc are very poor.

Your defence of him is a bit weird.
