Bring the kettle back to the boil. 2. Make the tea, preferably with tea leaves, not bags. 3. Wait for the tea to infuse. 3. At that point, put the teacup on the saucer and add milk. 4. Finally, add the infused tea (through a strainer, if necessary) If using a mug and teabag, the milk should always go in last, after the teabag has been removed.
