1320Lichtie Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 First of all, looking at the forecast, there is absolutely no chance whatsoever of this being called off. Wee bit apprehensive about this, up against one of the top 2 in the league after 3 weeks off with no games and the last game being a comprehensive away win for Stranraer at Gayfield, although we’re much better than we showed that day. Scott Martin and Danny Denholm should be back fit which is massive for us. As for the team we cannot play both Swankie and McCord here, we just can’t, not got the luxury of that in a game like this. Swankie would drop out for me as I’ve heard he’s still not properly fit from his knee injury. Hutton Little ToB Hamilton Denholm Martin Whatley Yule Linn McCord Mcintosh I’d go for, Whatley needs to sit and I’d play Yule on the left of the 3 and tell him similar to help cover for Bobby. Got hospitality for this so looking forward to the day out, not confident about the game but that could change come kick off... [emoji1]
lichtie1320 Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Unlike the last 2 weeks, we have covers so game will go ahead, I love gavin Swankie
Ro Sham Bo Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 We might manage to blunder our way to a draw but just can't see us winning.
lichtie23 Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Nothing to be scared of here. I reckon we will get a result. Gomes for Hutton please
CALDERON Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Was a pretty comfortable win last time, but our away form is a real concern.
1320Lichtie Posted December 17, 2017 Author Posted December 17, 2017 Was a pretty comfortable win last time, but our away form is a real concern. We really struggled that day, for a team that’s scored 34 goals in 15 games we only had one real time we looked like scoring and it was from a ball into the box. Only game along with the 0-0 Home game with Ross County we’ve not scored in I’m sure in both league and cup.
Broken Algorithms Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 I'll likely be going to this, as I've never been to Arbroath before, and a game at this time of year right next to the North Sea seems the best place to start. Arbroath will likely keep the ball on the deck and pass it about, looking tidy. We'll watch Graeme Smith try to hoof it long to Liam Buchanan while our fans question how long until Lennox is back.

D'Jaffo Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 3-0 Arbroath Raith fans to say that nothing is won in December. Itzdrk to lead the early title party in Ayr.
Raithie Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Hopefully the Arbroath fans can behave themselves this time
Shibuya Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Rovers hoping to add to their tally of 7 away wins in the last season and a half.

lichtiekev Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 I just think 3 at back leaves us to open with Linn and Denholm on the wings, Hutton Yule Little Tob Hammy Whatley Martin Linn McCord Denholm McIntosh Hard to leave Gold out, perhaps he warrants a start over Hammy or Yule
