Technically speaking as we'd see it today 2 were... if you look carefully left winger is shown as Scottish League international... Bob Ferrier the 'Well legend got capped 7 times by SFL but never Scotland (born in England). EDIT: incidentally Ellis the Welshman was capped by SFL in 1939.
