Not really sure what other guys are out there that have just been released. Did Dowie leave Dumbarton? Could be a useful addition with Championship experience, but has always been part time and I notice he’s at Uni, so not sure if he’d want to put that on the back burner. He is coming down with Cammy Smith (St. Mirren player) due to car issues. Still to meet with Crawford and Ferguson. No mention of Hart, McDaid or Adams. Get the impression there won't be any 'new' signings for another couple of weeks probably. Think he said something about McDaid being able to play upfront. That would suggest he knows he’s staying imo.
