Guest Rscot
In the absence of a natural defensive midfielder in our squad, I’d be tempted to try Tierney in that role, he seems like he has a high football IQ and can adapt to various roles quite quickly. It would also solve the Robertson/Tierney conundrum by allowing both to play, Robertson at left back.

Derry Alli
Working his ticket to pull out of the Scotland squad, IMO. I've no idea why we put up with it. We could just move McTominay from RCB to LCB.

So he pulls out of the West Ham game minutes before kick off and will rule himself out of Liverpool away only to miss a Euro qualifier after just playing against Israel in a less important nations league game?????

DukDukGoose
The lad must have been chuffed to be told he could miss the game. Changed days from his captain bullying him in to taking injections to play.

What is wrong with making him take injections knowing he needs an operation so they can beat Ross County at home when the league is in the bag?

No higher accolade possible... Okay, jokes aside, Tierney wasn't the reason they lost that match and I look forward to his inclusion in the squad today and his place in the starting XI next week.
fuzzydunlop
Mcginn also had two assists for Villa, Robertson scored for Liverpool... would be nice if they could all turn it on for the National Team when the time comes...
