No 1 disagrees the committee do a gd job but theyve made a mess of manager situation. they had a opportunity to sack small at end o last season but never. doin it 2 games in was embarrassing for ww an we lost gd committee members becos of this. it’s obvious landells doesnae have the contacts to get players in of any quality so get someone in charge who can whilst we still have a chance to get points.

My opinion is that we are asking a group of boys  mostly 20 and under  to take part in a relegation dog fight, we have no decent experience in the squad to help develop these guys Jardine, Dowie, Reid, Fleming, smith, Somerville, Mitchell, Malloy and mckenzie are all 20 and under  !! Add to that the 18 year old on loan from Livvy!! Oreilly,  manson,Gay and Kerr all walked and Dodds got a bad injury , some good experienced players required very quick

Are Lucas and McIntosh any better? If you read the post it says "good" experienced players needed

That's all about opinion...but one things for sure they don't have a backbone like a jellyfish...it's the easiest thing in the world to move on at the first sign of difficult times....

Totally agree but that was 3 months ago , plenty time to replace them - but we still going down the road of 19/20 year olds- that won't save them- the young lads are all decent with the right guys round about them but their all relatively new to "mens" game and can't be expected to get them away from the bottom of the league without some experience- only my opinion again but I very much doubt if the management team have the contacts - every time a new player comes he's under 20

Agree ,maybes the league reconstruction announcement is the bit of luck we needed wi hopefully no relegation ,it would give a chance to get good experienced players in and help the young lads as well learning from mistakes made this season ?

Any decent players young or old are more than likely starting for there clubs...the damage has and was done in the last 2 close seasons

I personally think changes should be looked at  ASAP - or you'll find the you might lose some of them - maybe missed the boat for a good appointment but surely WW is still  an attractive job .you'll never know  till you advertise
