Rovers v East Fife - Baz v Daz

What's your 'proper' derby record against Dunfermline out of interest?

To save you waiting, 'cos you might not get an answer:

ALL COMPETITIONS:

DUNFERMLINE 48 wins

RAITH ROVERS 39 wins

DRAWS 26

OUR "Proper" Derby record against the pars is comparable;

ALL COMPETITIONS

DUNFERMLINE 20 wins

EAST FIFE 31 wins

DRAWS 15

That's comparable as in we slap them about as much as they slap Raith about!!![emoji6]

I'm expecting them to come up with their 'proper' derby being against Falkirk next, bless them. :)

Bragging about results against another team to Rovers fans, that’s a first surely?

Hardly bragging to Rovers fans mate, an EF fan asked a question and I answered and offered a comparison, if Rovers fans wish to read it that's up to them!!!

Cheers for that KK. Personally, I'm not really too bothered our record against them. I've had plenty of excellent memories off the back of the proper Fife Derby. We've managed to get some excellent results, and had some absolute scenes in the process. The goals from the likes of Dargo, Casalinuovo, Murray and Walker will be talked about for a long time to come. It's a derby which has always seen strong crowds for both of the home teams, and generates interest locally unlike our games against Cowden and East Fife.

What a fucking shambles of a thread! Move on ffs!

Exactly.  In all this cloud of utter seething our lino lickin brethren have lost sight of the fact they are a massive full time club and we are only the wee noisy part time neighbours from along the cost. Hardly worth getting a semi over but there ya go. Small things, small minds and all that.

You say exactly then follow it with your second sentence

You were a lot more sensible and calmer when you had your tamagotchi

I am perfectly calm and have moved on. You should do the same and focus on your next opponent.

And have a think think about your grammar eh.

And that Tamagotchi still works.

We've shared a league with East Fife once in the last 30-odd years, so have been spared the embarrassment of them beating us left, right and centre.

given there form and record over the last few years most teams have been spared getting beat by them. Maggie Thatcher was PM last time they beat us in the league!!

30 years sounds worse than it is. Its only 13 games isnt it? Didnt hibs fail to beat hearts in like 17 games or something?? Part-time East Fife with an average wage of probably £100 per week catching up with the full time fife giants, who would have thought?...
