I tried this once. Underwhelming.
I assume of course you mean Bolognese with macaroni rather than spaghetti or some other suitable shape of pasta and not mince in the mince & potatoes sense.
Dont make the mistake of assuming what this fucking deviant is up to. Most normal people will get it way out. If anything, the safe thing to do is assume he is doing something so putrid you dont even want to see it written down on here.

All sorts of wrong ffs.

1. Make a good home made mince with gravy. Peas/carrots optional. (Not a fucking tomato ragu.)

2. Make a good home made macaroni cheese.

3. Put mince in bottom of pie dish.

4. Put macaroni cheese on top.

5. Stick in oven until top is crispy.

6. No thanks needed.

I'd like to be able to say I'm disappointed, but I'm not.

Looking at his description of his meal reminds me of the Mighty Boosh definition of retro. "Elements of the past and present combined to make something not quite as good as either".

This mushroom supper w****r has literally taken the time to cook two perfectly good, seperate meals and combined them into what is no doubt a fairly ugly beige slop and is now peddling its virtues to us.

I am fucking horrified.

Erm...No.

Have you even had lasagne, min?

Having seen your detailed description of this abortion , I stand corrected and am happy to accept that it’s f**k all like lasagne.

Have you heard from Cow & Gate’s lawyers yet ?

You'd be cheaper flying to Texas or Mexico and sitting in a cantina for that. Slight exaggeration but it's a lot to pay for ordinary food in fancy but pointless packaging.

The Golf Inn in Montrose used to serve that. They called it Athenian Mince.
