Inanimate Carbon Rod Posted January 15, 2019 Share Posted January 15, 2019 Like i say, I could be wrong.Law changed this year, you used to have people being detained under sec 14 of the criminal procedure Scotland act, for 6-12 hours for questioning etc, you can now be arrested under suspicion of committing an offence under sec 1 of the criminal justice reform act (or something, cant remember the exact name of the new law, been a while since I looked at a law book).
