To think Man Utd fans have been claiming for years he’s the best goalkeeper, or certainly one of the best, in the world. He’s a decent shot stopper, nothing more.

His regression over the last two seasons has been remarkable.

He certainly was an outstanding keeper but these days he is bang average.

It'd be revisionist history to suggest he wasn't one of the best in the world when the claim was being made.

Man Utd where careers go to die these days at least.  A far cry from some of the excellent teams that played under Sir Alex and it's hard to see Man Utd getting back to those heights anytime soon.

It is understandable if top world class players and managers wish to avoid Man Utd like the plague just now, as it seem anyone going in there is being dragged down to the level Man Utd are at now rather than improving and pulling Man Utd up.

What does Walcott offer Everton these days as he goes through his Craig david phase

Another player over-rated throughout his career due to his nationality.

Tbf, he had some amount of assists and goals for Arsenal. He's been shite at Everton but he was an extremely useful squad player at Arsenal.

He was decent enough just not the superstar the English media used to make him out to be.

That half time chat was probably the best in a long time, wouldn't have got that from Redknapp and co.

Well done Roy Keane.

Yip. The presenter piped up with "he's the England #1" which Keane couldn't give two shits about whereas most other pundits would spout pish to defend Pickford.
