So basically Burnieman's lot messed-it-up for you...

FairWeatherFan
EoS Premier Division Bo'ness United 1-1 Broxburn Athletic Penicuik Athletic 2-2 Whitehill Welfare WW were very close to causing an upset. Keith Lough was sent off just before half time with the score 1-1. Despite being down to 10 men WW would take a 2-1 lead only for Penicuik to get an equaliser in injury time.

Greater interest at the bottom with Whitehill Welfare getting a big win and Sauchie adding a point to their tally.

get_the_subbies_on
A real battle at Riverside between two evenly matched teams in Jeanfield and Penicuik. The visitors had more of the ball without creating too many clear cut chances. Jeanfield taking the lead after a fumble from the Penicuik keeper and held on for a very welcome 3 points.

Can’t argue with you too much there. After beating Broxburn and Tranent I thought we were in a strong position to progress up the league, but to then get 1 point from Whitehill and Jeanfield is very disappointing. Not to have a single shot in target today was also far from ideal. Just didn’t happen for us today.
Burnie_man
Broxburn got the win and deservedly so but we're just not getting the breaks. Should have had a penalty at 0-0, and then at 2-0 down early second half a header cannons back off the crossbar (very similar to last week at Linlithgow). Played better second half, but Broxburn are a well organised and drilled team, who love a long ball! That's the last game on the pitch, it get's ripped up Monday so Broxburn will be away for around 8 weeks apparently.
