Sarcastic Bairn
Three at the back for me, that way we get to drop Dixon.I would only be playing Sammon if we are playing with width, needs too much time in an away game with a swamped defence and a narrow set up.Probably go with the Morton view on what I’ve witnessed so far, and try and use Tidser as a 10 and pick out the passes, far to slow with someone running at him if he’s deep.Gomis can keep his place, my mom last Sat & fanny about with the rest of the set up, as after umpteen team changes over the last couple of seasons I can’t remember the rest of them without checking my phone. Ivo Den Bieman, what a player he was, wasted as a winger all his career (at shite like the Pars) when he was majestic as a centre half. Another memorable Airdrie game was a 5-1 hounding dished out on 'Red Card' day (when we were trying to shift the Deans - not a bad shout for this Saturday BTW!!) and the whole ground were waving them at Kenny Black when he got sent off along with a chorus of "away, away, away, away, f*ck off, f*ck off". BairnBrainBrian
I enjoyed quite a few games against the old Airdrie team, there were a few Airdrie players I hated, Sammy Conn and John 'The Scab' Martin being just two. Can't get excited about playing against this new club. A comfortable 4-0 win after Campbell tears Ray a new ringpiece.

No way will McKinnon play two up front. He is after a point in order to save his job, so it will be a basic 4-5-1. He will then point out that losing only one game in five is the stuff of champions. Formation's OK but I'd have Doyle instead of Longridge and somebody else instead of McLean. The loan signing of Tommy Robson would be good. Fast_Action
Falkirk will need to up their game big time as Airdrie hammered us in the second half when we played them. I could not even bring myself to watch the highlights. This should be an interesting one.
