microdave
So they ask an average of just over 150 people per polling station of their vote? Doesn’t seem accurate?I was asked in 2015 and they explained that they ask every second person as folk tend to turn up in pairs. Obviously not everyone will want to take part but I'd assume the sample will be bigger than 150 per polling station.

Brother Blades
So they ask an average of just over 150 people per polling station of their vote? Doesn’t seem accurate? It’s only 140 odd constituencies, so yeah that’s correct.

Markka
SNP under 55.5 seats is 5/6 at betfair. I'm happy to back this and not be too bothered if it loses. Unreal. With the number of marginal seats about that could be a cracking bet.

Doesn’t seem accurate? It’s how exit polls work. 2005, 2010 and 2017 were all near enough on the nose. 2015 was 15 short for the Tories. It is still possible that local trends will break it though.

cameron2000
Would be good to get a Conservative majority. Only party who can be trusted to spend money wisely -
superbigal
Cant see how snp can get to 56 so setting the line at 55.5 seems mental. Certainly not a coin toss.
Michael W
Corbyn That is an absolute humiliation. Droppi g 70 seats after nine years of the Conservatives and the process of leaving the EU being a complete and utter shitshow.
Granny Danger
We could end up with a huge Tory majority on a minority vote due to the unfairness of FPTP, an archaic outdated voting system.
dorlomin
Chickens coming home to roost. I have shouted for years that this direction is wrong in tone, Corbyn would be too controversial with small town Labour voters. And a second referendum would be preferred to another election.
