I quite like this line of arguments tbh, there’s quite a few that are amusing but the ‘anyone would do this’ is certainly up there. Stranraer didn’t and Partick only jumped in on a no win no fee injuries4u attempt.

Snifter Pee Rot
Just a shame for this mob that Petrie is safe behind the wire with one serious rata-tat-tat-tat-tat-taat-tat gun.
Wilbur
LOL. I just had my first visit to kickback. Understandably deluded, almost all of them 'convinced' they won in court today. The 2:1 rulings in their favour mean they won. Any posts to the contrary are getting pelters. One poster (Last Laff) points out the stupidity of claiming a victory when Hearts / Partick have actually been ordered to pay costs to the SPFL. That opinion is challenged by one brain donor because they only have to pay 50% of the costs. So, still a victory for Hearts then.

Just shut the f**k up. The entire point of this thread is to give Hearts a good pitchforking so reasonable questions like yours have no place here. Now excuse me. I hear there's a witch-burning about to begin

That's what the next step in the process (arbitration) will determine.

SFA indeed!

Poet of the Macabre
In answer to the mewling question about if the SPFL have handled this well; eh, of course not? I don't see what this has to do with everyone making fun of Hearts having a DEFCON 1 hissy fit because they haven't got their way.

Mr Positive, sometimes.
3 hours ago, Aim Here said: The dismissal motion was along the lines of 'The case belongs to the SFA arbitrators, therefore it should be dismissed in the Court of Session'. Outright dismissal in that way doesn't seem contradictory to me. Hearts wanted full courts case. SPFL's stance was it should go to Arbitration. United's was that it should be dismissed outright.
