Very poor communication from the club with little transparency. Some seem to believe the management etc will have everything under control with some grand plan to replace the players who are confirmed to be leaving and those rumoured to be moving on. Time will tell but its not looking good to the moment. Agree that the club shouldn't be paying over the odds but if they want to compete (and I still have major doubts that they truly want to aim for the lowland league/higher) then they will need to consider various options to attract/retain players. It's actually starting to look like trouble making. As @southerner said so eloquently before, the management team have done all this before, many times. They've a proven track record over the years.
