DEBATABLE All the other no-nonsense is just hot air started by clubs who instigated the west of scotland junior league in the senior pyramid and want a better chance of competing next season by denying atfc a place in the lucrative senior cup. BY ENTERING THE PYRAMID, THE CLUBS HAVE ENSURED ATFC CAN ACCESS THE SCOTTISH CUP EVERY YEAR. Self interest pure and simple. Who'd have thought it in scottish football

Andy groundhopper
Simples the chairmen of every (junior) club meets the SFA at Hampden and plays each other at bar football , winner takes all ha ha Be glad when the new season starts, Scottish Cup under way, all the bickering stops and we all wait for a new scandal to emerge. Lges, blazers, committee's, club spokesmen etc can't trust any of em sadly. Always a hidden agenda.

Clubs have shown very little appetite for holding these guys to account for years. Why would they start now?

traffordab
Mark of the man doing this when he didn't need to. No doubt Mr Chisholm will continue his great work at atfc in the future and help his club kick on in the senior cup and west of scotland set up with the junior clubs and beyond. Hopefully see him if he feels like he wants to appear again to add his valuable experience to the non league game. -

Resigning from an organisation that is effectively finished. Currently £3314 in deficit so no money to be split between clubs. 'Mon the Juniors, eh?
jimbaxters
Well done to Mr. Chisholm for doing the correct thing. He can concentrate on continuing the fantastic work he has done for Auchinleck Talbot FC for years now.

I was wondering about the deficit since it was first brought up. Since there's now a number to it. Was it ever suggested its only ended up at that value because of the curtailed season?

Now the competitions are incomplete they won't be seeing that money. That's the way I look at it.
