LUCKY NUMBER 7 ~ The Hamilton Academical 2020/2021 Thread.

Right now would be the perfect time to empty this clown. Gives Imrie or someone new an international break to work with these bunch of clowns, but the board will no doubt wait until our 4-1 (shankland hattrick) defeat to Dundee United to give him the bullet.

That Utd game is 2 weeks away.

We have defeats away to Stranraer on Wed & at home to Albion Rovers on Sat to come first.

True, forgot about the farce of the group stages taking place just now. Fucking COVID.

Well no doubt scrape two 1 goal wins there making it out the group and everything will be rosey once more.

Seems a few fans accepted Rice's offer of saying it to his face, having a 40-odd-minute chat outside the stadium. Not seen any real details about what was said but apparently well, and fair play to him for speaking to them.

But he admitted he had no idea how to change things. Should be sacked tonight.

This includes a short video of what I presume is the start:

Given you're the only side worse than us in the league, I have to confess I was gleeful when I saw you'd got pumped.

There was some level of selfishness at seeing the scoreline. Not just the goal difference but the hit to morale, but we've all taken doings from the OF and realistically it's not a "loss" of points. What's more Rice's departure could, possibly, herald the appearance of Wright in their dugout and you have to feel he'd manage to organise a team well enough to get away from the bottom of the league.

It would be a win/win situation for Wright too, as not only would he get a gig back in troubling times, he'd be at a club that pulls in more support than his previous club.
