Your hunch is as much nonsense as your last post. Have a  wee look back at my posting history and see what my political views are.

I can tell you what what my political views are not though.....they're not dominated by student socialist zealotry, the  type of zealotry that hijacks events for its own failed agenda.

You turned a debate about racism into some anti-Corbyn drivel. You're the one hijacking events. Proposing a more egalitarian society isn't jumping on the bandwagon of this debate, it's literally what the debate is about.

I'll ignore the yer da drivel about students.

The type of absolute pish which has a huge amount of people either baffled by what these protests are trying to achieve, or is turning decent people away from having any kind of sympathy for the protesters.

The same zealots who thought Corbyn was a political genius, and anyone who disagreed with them was a right-wing traitor brainwashed by the BBC, are using these BLM demonstrations to further their own ends.

If you actually think that people uncomfortable with mob rule are all 'right wingers', then all you're doing is painting yourself into a corner marked 'nutcase'.

Indeed, they won't like to hear it but "racist" me happens to be a card carrying SNP member, a socialist and long standing Union Rep.

We all love a good stereotype though.

"However I was quite taken with a more creative solution suggested to me by Aidan Quinn who runs the Beaux Arts gallery in Bath. He wanted to melt down the statue of Colston and invite a local artist to recast it as the American social reformer and abolitionist Frederick Douglass who visited Bristol in 1844. There is no reason why all statues have to exist in situ in perpetuity and for some to be time limited seems to be an important acknowledgment that history is as much a study of the present as it is of the past."

We need more ideas about recycling the offensive.

"Bannockburn SNP councillor Alasdair Macpherson described the damage to the statue as appalling. He said: “The comments painted on the statue are ill-informed. Robert Bruce pre-dated slavery."

 When did we invent slavery?

I heard that the fellas that built the pyramids had 8 weeks annual leave, health benefits and a pension plan right enough.

Read that that's not far from the truth. There was only normally work for them for part of the year after the Nile flooded, so the pyramids kept them busy and full of food and beer the rest of the time.

How was Robert the Bruce racist? He didn't like English people?

He was a Norman invader who stole our land and forced people to work on it for a pittance. And die fighting his Norman rivals from the South, who used to be his buddies.

I see the far left(ahem... communists c***s) have shat it and are now contemplating whether or not to go ahead with tomorrow’s rabble.

The soft c***s aren’t so brave when people have threatened retaliation on them for their actions.
