There is also an Ice Hockey team in the city with a similar name Adler Mannheim. tamthebam Posted June 10, 2020 Share Posted June 10, 2020 (edited) I think Adria is a name used by Croats so it's likely to be a team made up of German Croats in a local League. It might also explain the chequed strip- a blue and white version of the Croatian sahovnica symbol. ETA: I'm talking scheisse! A quick Google shows that the blaue Adria is a lake near Mannheim. From what I can find, they were a level or two below that. Landesliga (7th Tier) to B-Klasse (presumably 9th tier).
