I think Adria is a name used by Croats so it's likely to be a team made up of German Croats in a local League. 

It might also explain the chequed strip- a blue and white version of the Croatian sahovnica symbol.

ETA: I'm talking scheisse! A quick Google shows that the blaue Adria is a lake near Mannheim.

My best guess is they are a Oberliga Baden-Wuttermberg (5th tier) or a Verbandsliga Baden (6th Tier) team.

 

From what I can find, they were a level or two below that. Landesliga (7th Tier) to B-Klasse (presumably 9th tier).

Is nothing to do with Adler which is german for eagle.
