Meh. If United do go for McCulloch as manager then that's probably a better gig than Assistant at Hearts (but who fucking knows); if not it clears the decks for the new guy to bring in his own coaches.

Would be interesting if it was Tommy Wright but given that he said he needed a break would be surprised to see him back so soon at a club that has fans.

What about Stewart Petrie at Montrose. He seems to have done a terrific job at Montrose and due a step up if he is interested.

Tommy Wright is using Utd for a better contract somewhere else. He did it before and hes doing it again.

He'll never be our manager, hes got no interest in the job.

Exactly. Hes not said he dosent want it (which I think) is what he did last time. He'll use it in any negotiations that come about till we get a manager.
