I have quite a large family, probably over 40 cousins in total, and roughly half of them female . From those female cousins around 8 or 9 babies have been born and not one has been ‘in breech’, whatever that means, and none have been twins or triplets. Irish people with unfeasibly large families is also a familiar movie trope. Or not, if you are anything to go by.
Bairnardo
Does my tits in when the good guys inexplicably don't despatch with the villain when they inevitably get the chance. By far the worst recent offender I have seen for this is Outlander, where numerous villains are let off the hook numerous times only to come back and visit more brutality on the fooknwhonlet them off.

Also nobody ever has an abortion or really ever considers it either.

badgerthewitness
Bewildered homeless guy who checks the label on his bottle whenever something extraordinary occurs. Bewildered dug gives a startled look to the camera after something outrageous happens, usually accompanied by a shrill, flute or strings, sound effect.

Fullerene
If you were to walk down the high street and suddenly burst into song there is a good chance people will think there is something wrong with you. By contrast in the films, crowds gather round, complete strangers join in to sing the second or third verse of a song you have just made up and finally everybody dances down the street arm in arm singing the chorus in perfect harmony. Never happened in real life or at least I have never seen it.
Silvio Tattiescone
Running away from cars by running down the middle of the road. Getting shot in the leg, limping for 30 seconds then running around like normal. Or, one I saw last night, character phones his boss from a call box and boss says "We'll come and get you" then hangs up. How does he know where to go?
Bully Wee Villa
Kicking locked doors open is easy. If a woman rebuffs your advances, just grab her and kiss her anyway. This always makes her fall in love with you and never results in you being done for sexual harassment. A 60 year old man can pretty easily pull a 20-30 year old stunner, nobody seems to think this is weird. Hundreds of people can die, sometimes including those who are very physically fit and heavily armed. Small children and pets will always survive unscathed, though.
19QOS19
Modern horror films seem to have replaced *actor slowly approaches cupboard/door door handle to check if bad guy/monster is inside, opens door to get jump scene* with *actor slowly approaches cupboard/door door handle to check if bad guy/monster is inside, opens door and finds nothing. Relaxes. Turns round for jump scene*.
Bully Wee Villa
Another horror trope that has grown over the years, main character has horrific experience and, possibly, dies. Then said dead character wakes up to find it was a dream. Or was it a premonition? Exactly the same will happen later in the film but it won't be a dream and the character will narrowly survive this time. Generally, dreams in TV and film are shite. Even The Sopranos, pinnacle of televisual achievement, was rubbish when they decided to have a bloody dream episode.

WhiteRoseKillie
Female Soap characters have a rota for dropping a sprog on Christmas Day. Said sprogs rarely get birthday presents on subsequent Christmas days. John Wayne had the world's only 346-shot revolver. Heroes' cars can reverse at 60mph without the arse falling out of them. Villains cannot kill the hero without explaining their plans chapter and verse. Which gives the previously helpless eye candy a chance to rescue said hero. A shoot-out between Nazi soldiers and Imperial Stormtroopers would end in all participants dying of old age. (One for us oldies) Every plan for world domination/process for producing a doomsday disease/program to siphon the entire world's cash into one TSB SuperSaver account must fit onto a 3.5" floppy disk.
