Ro Sham Bo
West Ham have come back into it although Werner missed a great chance for 2-0 before half time. His confidence looks shot.

Still plenty of time to come good I suppose.

He offloaded 3 centre-backs, during the summer. Incredibly, Benfica signed Otamendi for £14m. The market's gone mad despite the cost of Covid.

Man City will be 3rd if they beat Arsenal tonight. A bad defeat will surely cost Arteta his job. Villa have 2 games in hand and could climb the table. Their next 3 league games are against Man United, Spurs and Everton. Crucially for them, Barkley and Wesley are due back soon. Shrewd investment in January, especially in defence, could pay off handsomely for some clubs. I'm back in lockdown and stuck in the house which is driving me crazy! My colleague's an Arsenal fan who wants this to be Arteta's last game in charge. He fed up taking stick stick from Spurs and Chelsea fans.

Deanburn Dave
Arsenal will not be relegated this season but will finish in the bottom half of the table. They are several players short of being a proper team.

A return to Dortmund would be an obvious and more attractive option. Cautious Arsenal are reluctant to punt Arteta. PSG could move quickly for Pochettino before Real or Barca can get him. Allergri is another possibility. 2 hours ago, Ron Aldo said: It went so well for them the last time they appointed a recently sacked PSG manager... I can actually see Tuchel going back to Dortmund.
