Plus their players are more likely to be poached to go overseas than by direct competitors. Can't be many teams with a / in their name that are not the result of a merger. Love to see it.Could this work in Scotland with a team like Aberdeen or Hibs for winning the league? Yes the gulf in wealth is huge but look at the amount of times we see these teams doing decently and then they draw at home to Hamilton or they get pumped at Ibrox or Celtic Park.
